• Yes, it works great with my MB pro, although it was tricky to download the software at first but that was only because I already had Epson software on my computer.

• It works with my IMac Pro Laptop so it should work with the MacBook Air.

• I think so. Check with Brother website to download the driver for your Mac. I always go to the website to download the latest driver/software for my product.
