My prints are very grainy and null

Hello RJT, My best guess from your rather short observation is that your print setting needs to be adjusted UPWARDS for a higher quality print job. You seem to be set for DRAFT MODE which saves a LOT of toner, but it not intended to be used for final letters, or other print jobs.
