Please try again later.the internet will not help you with a paper jam, in real life go over to the printer and fallow the instructions on the screen and figure it out where its jamed or what is not closed correctly or if does not work, call brother and have them help you with your printer, the internet has no idea what is wrong with your printer that is right next to you,
