When to add toner null

Factory supplied toner lasts for 600+ pages... once it rune out, buy a replacement.

If you installed the brother software, there is a status monitor that sits in your notification area. It keeps tabs on all systems of the printer, including toner. I bought a 2nd TN660 toner cartridge and have not come close to needing it.
