It stopped printing when the low toner was displayed and I just went and got another toner cartridge, so I don't know if you can over-ride that warning.

It's recommended that the toner cartridge continue to be used if the print quality is still good. You should replace the toner cartridge when you feel the print quality is no longer acceptable, or when the error "Replace Toner" appears on your machine's display. However, it's a good idea to have a new, genuine Brother toner cartridge on hand and have it ready for when "Replace Toner" appears.
