That will depend on which scanning software you use. On mac I use "Image Capture" and it has the preview feature which allows me to then set a region to scan in full resolution. (but note that Image Capture jpg output is very low-quality) On windows I use the built-in scanning app with the blue icon and it also has a preview feature. I think it's just called Windows Scan, and you can get it in the Windows Store for free if you don't have it already. All the applications that are designed for scanning "documents" and doing OCR don't seem to support preview mode. I only use the scanner for photos so I want that feature. NAPS2 seems to be a good photo-scanning application that supports Preview.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Does allow scanning preview and selection of single or multiple pages. Haven't tried to print specific sections of a page by highlighting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am used to setting up HP printers and how something ALWAYS goes wrong and you have to go to the HP website to download this or that. was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set this Brother Laser printer up. Unpack it, put the toner in, power it up, run the software and less than an hour you are ready to print. It was very easy to set up and latched on to my WIFI without any issues. The instructions come on a poster and if you follow the steps you will have no issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure since I really don't need it. However, Brother's customer service is great and I know they could answer all your questions.
