I strongly suggest downloading the drivers from the Brother website and be sure to use the same Wi-Fi address when setting up the printer to your laptop. Do not use the mobile app provided in the paperwork; it does not work.

Please try again later.To install the Brother HL-L2405W, you need the printer, its toner, power cable, your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) & password, and a computer/mobile device; the setup involves inserting toner, connecting to power, then using the Brother Mobile Connect app or EasySetup software (from support.brother.com) to link the printer to your Wi-Fi and install drivers for seamless wireless printing on Windows/Mac/iOS/Android.
