Please try again later.the confusion regarding this model and cartridges included seems to stem from the fact that there are 2 versions of this model -there's a regular 985DW and there's another 985DW XL. The XL model is the one that comes with the 3 cartridges included in box not the regular model one. Got info from Staples.
