• The Brother MFC-J6545DW does do automatic two sided printing. I have seen some reviews state that the Brother drivers had to be installed, but I had no issues printed double sided with the default Windows 10 drivers and my Android device.

• Yes this printer does automatic double sided printing. It does not do automatic double sided scanning.
