I'm quite sure Brother and every printer manufacturer does but this isn't it. A worker at the store told me this would do duplex scanning but it does not. You will have to step up significantly in price (in my opinion) to get it. If it isn't a deal breaker this printer is good for the price since it doesn't use those wretched ink cartridges that dry out if you print infrequently. Especially so if you can catch it on sale.
