• Mine did not. But i had my old printer cable from my HP and used that. Works great.

• A USB cable is not included in the box with the MFC-J995DWXL. The machine can be connected to a computer using a USB 1.1 cable or a USB 2.0 cable. Please use a type A/B USB Device Cable, not longer than 6 feet (2 meters).
