“I have an MFC-J485DW printer. On the printer & in the manual it says high yield cartridges LC203 can be used in my printer, however on the label of the box for the LC203 XL cartridge it does not list my printer. Will this cartridge work in my printer?”

Please try again later.It works in mine Brother has not been very excited m it seems, with the model that y0u and I purchased. it is also missing from some of the website lists too. But i brought this to Brother's attention hen I discovered that most printers that use LC201 ink series and the LC203XL in series are offered an LC205XXL ink series. I purchased one realizing that our printer model was not listed so it only goes to figure that this ink wk also work . after it did not work, I called brother and told them about it and their first response was "did you not read the listing in the ink box. You can guess my response. But for your question, yes! Go ahead and use the 203 series . In fact you will be pleasantly surprised at how long those cartridges will last you.
