“Recently I replaced my cartridges for black, cyan, magenta, and then tried for the yellow. All of the cartridges had visable ink in the white portion of the unit. The yellow did not. Is this a defect? The picture above shows no ink.”

• The ink you are seeing inside the machine is known as misting and is a part of the inkjet technology. On white machines, this is more noticeable but does not affect the functionality of the machine.
