I've never tried @ Best Buy. I take mine to Offie Depot for credit, they don't care where they were purchased.

You will have to check under Services to determine if your empty cartridges are worth any money to Best Buy. You can also Google this online to find out if a store in your area pays for empty cartridges.

Yes, I have gotten credit on purchases for new cartridges when recycling the empty ones at Best Buy.
