“Paper tray I am trying to set up my printer but a red x keeps appearing telling me to adjust paper tray firmly in socket and so I keep adjusting it but the notice is not going away. What can I do?”

• I had the same problem on set up. I discovered the paper I had loaded in the tray was not pushed all the way toward the front of the printer and haven't had a problem since.

• This has never happened to me personally. Don't overfill and if it happens again return product or call brother

• Check the plastic cover on paper tray. Be sure it's in place.
