• This product can be connected via USB 2.0. It does not include a USB cord.

• you can set it up with a usb printer cable, Call Brother they are helpful even before you own it

• It can connect via Ethernet cable and USB cable. Neither are included.

• No you don't have to connect it wirelessly. You can use a USB cable. The cable is not supplied but is readily available at most stores. I've even seen them for sale at Kroger grocery stores.
