“When I place a document in the auto document feeder to make a two sided copy it says it is unavailable. I keep setting it to do two sided printing but when I try to copy it will not work. Is this a defective machine?”

• This printer has two sided printing (duplex) BUT it does not have automatic two sided scanning. You would have to turn the page over by hand to scan the other side.
