Also check with the Service Provider for your WIFI Service you always need highest speed WIFI speed connection for your printer to work. You need to connect your Printer to the WiFi doing through the printer itself you’ll need to turn on the WiFi button it should be flashing the color green once you’ve entered your WiFi password and the connection is established it should stop flashing green
