If you cleaned the printer after last toner change it is likely the drum unit that needs to be replaced

Please try again later.I haven't had that issue with this printer yet, but my past printer did this and after I tried carefully cleaning both the drum and the cartridge, I needed a new drum according to Brother--instead, the cost of newer technology unit was slightly higher than replacing both the drum and cartridge.
