Please try again later.We have one of these printers and had disappointing results with cardstock and labels until we found the paper/media-type setting in the printer preferences. Before, the toner would not be fused to the paper and there would be rollover echoes on the output. Once we changed the printer settings in the print dialog to say "thick paper" as the media type, light cardstock (probably 65 weight) went through and the toner was properly fused. The Brother people may well be right that thicker cardstock does not work. I have some that I will try someday. And, to be safe, we used the MP tray and opened the back of the printer and clicked down the grey levers so we would have a straight paper path.
