“I print out a lot of refi loan packages. They normally come with different sized originals, i.e. some are letter size and some are legal. Will this printer switch back and forth and print the copy to match the original size of the documents?”

Yes, if you are generating the originals. Select Page Format within the word processor or spreadsheet package and select Legal Paper Size and MP Tray for each page that is legal sized and Letter Paper size and Tray 1 for each page that is letter sized. Load Legal Sized paper in the MP tray, Letter Sized paper in Tray 1 and start printing.
