“I bought a 2370DW to replace a 2170 DW. I had a 760 print cartridge for the 2170 but it does not seem to fit in the carriage for the 2370 although the literature says TN 760 is compatible with both units. Has the 760 cartridge been redesigned?”

• I had the same experience. The toner cartridge and drum from my HL 5470DW did not fit my new HL-L2370DW. They seemed bigger than the new versions in the new printer. Strange that they have the same number. I just used the old ones in the old printer until the cartridge emptied, then began using the new printer exclusively.
