Will it work with Windows10/11 in S Mode? null

You should be able to use the Brother MFCJ497DW machine with Windows Built In drivers. Unfortunately the S mode will not allow you to install drivers or new software. Any printing/scanning issue using Windows Built In drivers you may need to contact Microsoft support.
