• The one I wanted was not in stock on the website. They had an option to be notified when one was available. I selected notify me. Within the hour I was notified and had my new mfc-j497dw shipped to my home.

• It is a sorry printer. I give the command to print, get an error message, then it prints. Today I tried to print something and it printed out documents from 2-3 days ago
