• You can't access the NAS with a USB from your computer. USB port is for file transfer from an external drive or thumb drive to the NAS. If you set up Web Access for the NAS using the setup software (basically assigning a user access name) you can access the NAS over the internet through a web browser and the BuffaloNAS web site.
