• A:Answer Although I haven't own a Denon for decades, the Buffalo Linkstation supports both USB and Ethernet access. I purchsed this drive as a gift for my brother's large collection of photos and videos. I feel, with the judicious use of subdirectories, that this drive would serve well to store a massive amount of audio / video files.

Q: QuestionMy 210 2TB is connected to my LAN router/modem combo with the ethernet cable. I loaded the CD software on a Windows desktop. Do I have to load the CD software on my other desktop I want to edit files stored or can I create users on the one already loaded?

• A:Answer You can't access the NAS with a USB from your computer. USB port is for file transfer from an external drive or thumb drive to the NAS. If you set up Web Access for the NAS using the setup software (basically assigning a user access name) you can access the NAS over the internet through a web browser and the BuffaloNAS web site.

• A:Answer If you hook it up as a LAN drive with the network cable provided you can access anywhere you have access to your LAN. No internet required to use on a LAN or local WiFi. Just a small program needed to provide access to the drive.
