Verify the spray head is still in place and snug. Also, don't add an instant coffee such as Via to the basket as it will clog the basket.

In my previous coffeemaker with the same problem, you sent me a spray nozzle to use instead of stock sprayer that restricted the flow rate. I could not find this replacement, so I filled two (2) of the holes and it works fine. As long as the holes stay plugged I am sure it will work, but My plugs may come out. I would appreciate your sending av replacement sprayer like you did before. I shouldn not have misplaced it.
