• Yes. I can spin on any hard surfaces. It won’t spin on carpet but works well on tables or hardwood floor. I just gave my son an old baking tray for a beyblade stadium. Now he can play sitting on a carpet.

• Yes, but it is more fun with a stadium. On an open surface, the competing beyes may never find eachother.
