Yes, to some extinct but It keeps on telling unable to detect and for this to work with alexa you need to have Hub

Requires a "C-Reach" GE bridge to work with Alexa and Apple. Only Google Home devices will work with the GE bulbs out of the box. Also note that for all three, advanced things like controlling bulbs when Away from home requires a C-Reach bridge.
