• You do need a C by GE app in order for the bulbs and the Amazon Alexa to communicate, but you do not need one for Google Home.

• As far as I’ve learned so far, yes.. would not work with echo dot and would only connect to 1 bulb with google home mini. People are saying you have to purchase a “bridge” for it to work
