- Answer I would not recommend these balls for outside use there pretty delicate. maybe if you have some wear outside that's completely covered. You should be ok but humidity and moisture would definitely shorten the lifespan.

- Answer I fell for that, too. I bought them for my Alexa devices and they won't work with them without buying a hub/bridge. Forget that! If I had realized this beforehand, I never would've ordered these bulbs.

- Answer Yes, but please know that if you have a dimmer switch associated with the device where you plan to install this, it may create flicker and noise. Unless, you buy a flicker switch by by GE and replace your switch.
