A:AnswerTo be honest with you I don’t know any code to come with it. The only solution that I’ve found to your problem is this at the beginning I’ve couldn’t be able to added it to my google home. It never been found new device. What I did, it was downloaded the CbyGE app and now I’m enjoying adjusting, turning on-n-off my new smart light bolt.
A:AnswerIt would depend on the size of the bulbs that are intended to go into the ceiling fan. The bulbs are standard base, size A19 bulbs. The bulb is approximately 114 mm or 4.5 in in total length.
A:AnswerI’m using multiple GE bulbs with a 1st gen echo and a 2nd gen fire cube. Alexa has no problem turning the lights on or off with command. Make sure each bulb has a different name or Alexa will turn them all on or off
A:AnswerThe lights do require a wifi bridge in order to communicate with Alexa. The devices that serve as a hub for the bulbs are the On/Off Smart Plug, In-Wall Wired Switch, or the C-Reach.
A:AnswerI have 2 right now. I’m not sure. But it’s controlled through the Google Home App. But I do know a few people that have kids and they at least 4 bulbs throughout their house.
A:AnswerI have one outside but not "hanging down" so limited answer. At less than 30° F outside, it gives off more than enough light to see for walking but maybe not enough to sit down and read a book. To use this on a phone, you need the phone to be a part of the home system you use. Mine is part of my home system and I've turned the light on from miles away.
