• As far as the unresponsive bulb there is a way to easily reset the c by he bulb. Search YouTube for the phrase - reset c by he - it will come up in the search. For the home assistant, download the c by ge app then link it in your home app. You should be set.

• Did you try a factory reset of the bulb? I have had to do it and it worked like a charm. You can look up the procedure in the google home app.
