No. Fire stick is not a tuner for over the air signals. To receive over the air signals you need a FIRE TV RECAST. This functions as an over the air tuner and dvr.

For the best experience with Control Center, your antenna should connect to an "Over the Air Set Top Box" such as Channel Master, Mediasonic or Homeworx and then the set top box will connect to control center via HDMI (Control center will not be able to tune to OTA channels directly if you connect your antenna to your TV Tuner). Control Center has 4 HDMI input ports so you can connect your firestick, OTA Set Top box, and 2 more devices such as a Roku, BluRay Player, Xbox, etc.

If you want to watch off air broadcasts from your antenna. You can do one of two things, you can connect your off air directly to your tv. Or you can buy a device such as a tablo tuner which will stream your off air over any connected device such as your fire stick or apple tv.
