• A:Answer Hey there! Thanks for checking in with us about this. If your unit is in Display Mode, the interior lighting will remain on even when the door is closed, and the proximity lighting is off. The interior light was designed to enhance the display of your collection. If you would like to turn Display Mode off, press the Display button again. Once Display Mode has been turned off, the interior lights will not stay on all the time. We hope this helped! Julia@Cafe

• A:Answer Hello - The door does not physically lock; however, this unit does have the feature Lockout Mode, for when you are away and don’t want others opening your wine center. As soon as the door is opened the door alarm will sound. The interior lighting will remain off. Q: QuestionCan you choose which side the door hinges are on for this item? For instance, I’d like the door hinges on the left, but most pictures show them to be in the right side of the cooler.
