Hello there - we checked the information for our finishes, and our Matte finishes are a highly engineered paint on metal (steel). This creates a slight difference in appearance against our regular white-on-white finishes. Please also keep in mind that white finishes from other manufacturers will most likely not match. -- We hope this was insightful, and please reach out to us once again if we can help with anything else.
