“Our CVE28DP2NS1 does not seem to dispense the correct volume of water. I held a 1/2 cup measure while I manually filled it. The display read 2 oz. when it was full. The autofill function is the same. Is there a way to calibrate the settings?”

Hey there, we appreciate you reaching out to us and we're sorry your refrigerator doesn't seem to be dispensing the correct amount of water. We're sure this would be aggravating and we're happy to help. We first recommend you're sure to use a uniform container between 4-8” tall and 2-6” wide. Some models may have a shorter recess; therefore, the maximum container height may be slightly reduced. Fill level and functionality may vary on containers taller than 8” or wider than 6”. If you have been doing so and this doesn't help, we recommend scheduling service with a certified Cafe Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance.
