Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We're sorry your light isn't going away and for any confusion regarding which filter to us. We're happy to help. We first suggest making sure you have filter XWFE. To reset the water filter, press the Settings icon button until "icemaker" is highlighted, then hold down the Water and Ice buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. If this persists, you can try disconnecting power to the unit for 30 seconds. If you ever need anything else, you can always find us on social media. - Guy@Cafe
