We recommend disconnecting power to the refrigerator for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If you have not already done so, we also recommend connecting your refrigerator to our SmartHQ app using your WiFi to ensure you are receiving any software updates that may be needed. If you continue to have issues, please call 1-800-432-2737 to schedule a service appointment to have your refrigerator checked.
