“In the specifications it says the height is 68 5/8 without hinges and also 69 7/8 which one is it? I am confused”

The hinges are in the front. I’d you have a cabinet over the fridge it’s usually above the back that’s why the two measurements. So 68 5/8 in the back and 69 7/8 in the front.

The height to the top of the case is 68-58", which is without the hinge cover and not to the top of the door.
