There is a sensor on the display and automatically stops dispensing water when you pull the glass away. It will also display how many ounces of water it dispensed. It will automatically stop filling the glass while you are pushing the button if it thinks your glass is full. A great feature!

We do not recommend pulling the container away while the dispenser is autofilling. To stop while the feature is in use, press the Autofill button to stop the flow of water from the dispenser.
