“Does the oven have an option for high heat self cleaning, or only steam cleaning? Also, does it have the extension racks on the shelves like the monogram does? How many extension rack in each oven? Can additional ones be ordered as an accessory?”

There are both self clean and steam clean options. I have not used either yet. Each oven has one regular and one extendable roller shelf. It appears that you could add more roller shelves if you purchased them because they are removable and can be changed to another level. I've had my oven for 7 months, and have been very happy with it. The screen is actually fun to view because it keeps changing with the seasons.
