“What angle do the French doors need to be opened to pull out the shelves? 90 degrees or more? What is the width of that angle? My double wall oven is to the right of my refrigerator and the refrigerator is deeper than the double oven. Skin burns fr doors?”

Great Question! The doors only need to be open 90 degrees to pull out the shelves. I guess you would just have to be more careful in not touching the doors if they only open that far. Mine opens just slightly more than 90 degrees and it has not been a problem so far.
