QuestionWhere can I find the sizes of all five burners? I didn't find that information in the specs for this product.

This cooktop offers a variety of burner sizes, heat outputs, and features to create next-level cooking flexibility and control! --- The Left Rear and Front burners are 7" 1500W elements with the Sync-Burners Capability that allows you to control an even temperature across large cookware, like a griddle. The Right Rear burner is a 6” 1200 W element and features a precise Melt setting. The Right Front burner is 8"/5" 2200W dual element with an adjustable ring size for pots and pans of all sizes. The Center burner is a tri-ring element that offers a 9"/7"/5" cooking surface and features a 3000W Power Boil for maximum heat and faster boiling. --- We sincerely hope that this helps and are confident that you will be impressed with all that this cooktop has to offer. QuestionThe burners are discolored and white, and I have a chip in the glass. Is this covered by the warranty? It doesn’t look very pretty with the white burners.

Questionis it possible to have a drawer in the cabinet right under this cooktop? My old cooktop is rather low to allow it.

- Answer Hi there, thanks for asking! Per page 5 of your installation instructions, you would need to allow 5” minimum vertical clearance from the cooktop bottom (or 8-1/4” minimum depth from the countertop) to any combustible surfaces, such as a cabinet drawer. There is a diagram available on that page as well as ADA compliant clearances for forward approach spaces. QuestionIs this cooktop induction or not? Should I used stainless steel cookware.

- Answer Hi, Thanks for asking! We appreciate the interest in this Electric Cooktop and we'd be happy to assist you. We determined that this specific model is Radiant Glass and not Induction. With this style cooktop, it is recommended that you use Stainless Steel or Copper Bottom cookware. Avoid using Cast Iron, Stoneware or Glass-Ceramic pots and pans as this may scratch the surface. QuestionMy cutout requires the filler trim kit JXTR32B, but I don't see it available to order. What are my options?

QuestionI currently have a 3-in Wolf smooth top cookware surface that I need to replace and am looking at this Cafe. Can I use the Wolf downdraft that I have with my Cafe or does Cafe offer one to use with this model?

- Answer Hi Rob, thanks for reaching out! Our Café line does not offer a downdraft ventilation system. However, our GE line does offer one if you'd like to view it. Search for these models to see if you like them: UVB30SKSS and UVB30DKBB. We would recommend viewing the installation instructions for the Wolf downdraft system and cross referencing them with the installation instructions for the cooktop that you're interested in. Page 3 of your cooktop installation instructions offers some information about installing the cooktop with other appliances. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael

QuestionPlease clarify color. Model Number and 1st picture indicate stainless steel trim, but product title says "Black". This is confusing because there IS a black version (CEP90301NBB).

- Answer The cooktop is black. The upper trim and lower trim are stainless steal. There is no side trim.
