“Can this unit be flush mount installed like the monogram?”

• Hey there, this is a great question and we're happy to help. If you intend to mount your cooktop flush to the counter, you can order kit number JXFLUSH1. • I haven't been able to determine whether a GE or Monogram flush-mount kit will work properly with this unit (since it has a beveled edge). But I would at least recommend, if at all possible, routing the opening to allow the edges to be countersunk and flush with your countertop. Otherwise, the thin glass edge (which "floats" due to the foam tape underneath) is vulnerable and the corners, in particular, are prone to chipping.
