QuestionCan the Cafe 30" platinum glass trim kit be easily disassembled? I want to mount a 30" over- the- range Cafe platinum glass microwave over my new 30" Cafe platinum glass oven and need one of the platinum glass trim pieces to fill a gap .

- Answer Hi there - Thanks for reaching out about our modern glass trim kit! This trim kit consists of the trim frame as well as an upper, lower and rear duct that attaches to and encases the microwave inside the cabinet cut-out. The frame cannot be disassembled. To determine which trim kit would be compatible with a GE 7227 model, we would need the full model number of the unit you are considering.
