Hi there - that’s a great question! This stunning Café Gas Range does have a “Lock Controls” feature which locks out the oven control panel so that pressing the pads does not activate the electronic controls. However, this will not keep you from using surface burners that are controlled by knobs. -- To activate: Press the Lock Controls pad for three seconds to lock or unlock the control.
