Hello TXCook - Thank you for your interest in the range CGS700P4MW2; we are glad to assist. We are sorry to say it is not possible to replace the stainless cooktop with a black porcelain-enamel cooktop. The model CGS700P3MD1 has a porcelain-enamel cooktop. Thanks for checking! Olga
