I don't believe 170° is correct. If I select "keep warm" it automatically sets temperature to 170°, but I can manually set it as low as 150°. That is in either the upper or lower oven. I routinely use 155° for plate warming. There is also a "bread proof" setting on the lower oven which holds at a temperature somewhere less than 100°, but I've never used a thermometer to check the actual temperature.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just checked. 170 deg F is the lowest oven temp I can set for the bake setting. However, there is a "Warm" mode among the options. It does not have a temperature control. When you choose it, it just says "warming."

Both ovens also have a warming setting. The Warm mode automatically heats up to approximately 175-180 degrees to keep cooked foods hot and ready to serve for up to 3 hours. We hope this helps.
