Hi there - This is a wonderful question. This range does have the Control Lock Capability for the oven only. You'll find that the Control Lock Capability applies to both the oven and the burner controls only when both of them are controlled by electronics (digital controls). Since this model has burner knobs that control the cooktop, the Control Lock Capability does not apply to the gas burner controls. We hope this is insightful.
